With singles like “You Had To Be There” and “Six Months Later” making waves among country music lovers as we speak, fans are anxiously awaiting the announcement of “emo cowgirl” Megan Moroney’s third studio album.

From speculating its color scheme to its collaborations and beyond, it’s safe to say everyone is on the edge of their seats!

For those who need a refresher, Moroney’s debut EP, Pistol Made of Roses, dropped in July of 2022, followed by her debut studio album, Lucky, in May of 2023. More recently, the Georgia native dropped her second studio album, Am I Okay?, in July of 2024, followed by its deluxe version later that year.

Dropping a project annually (besides 2025), fans are confident that her highly-anticipated third studio album will be arriving before the end of the year…

Taylor Swift — one of Moroney’s biggest musical inspirations — is known for dropping Easter eggs ahead of album announcements, and based on some social media sleuthing, it looks like Moroney may be following in her footsteps.

Teasing that she will announce her third studio album on October 9, keep scrolling for all the signs that point to this date.

On social media, Moroney has been caught using the number nine time and time again, leading to speculation that she will announce her third studio album on October 9. Examples of this are using exactly nine emojis in the caption, exactly nine photos in the carousel and more, but some are far more obvious than others.

In her August 11 Instagram post — toasting to the end of her summer shows — she typed out a heart using nine threes in the caption: “summer camp ended last night in IL! thank y’all for coming out & seeing us💘 my amazinggg band, touring crew & I get a month off the road but we’re looking forward to seeing yall again in september 🫶🏼💘 these shows have been totally unforgettable THANK YOU<333333333”

She doubled down in her September 21 Instagram post — sharing some highlights from the week, including a recent San Francisco 49ers game — with one of the images featuring a 49ers jersey, with “Moroney” and the number nine emblazoned on the back.

Last but certainly not least, she started teasing the number nine via her TikTok profile as well, sharing a post just days ago captioned “9 pics for 9 more shows 🥹 best time of my life.”

Topping things off, October 9th is the “Tennessee Orange” singer’s birthday and the day before the she begins the final weekend of shows of her Am I Okay? Tour. What better time to begin a brand new era?

Fans clocked this in the comment section of the TikTok video, with one fan writing, “GUYS HEAR ME OUT. MEG POSTED A 10 ON HER INSTA STORY AND A 9. 10/9 IS HER BIRTHDAY SO SHE MIGHT ANNOUNCE AN ALBUM”

Task has been brought to life by the co-creator of Mare of Easttown, with actor Tom Pelphrey playing a pivotal role.

The seven-part series, which will air on Sky and NOW in the UK and HBO Max in the US, stars Mark Ruffalo as an FBI agent leading a task force to halt a series of violent robberies.

The cast of Task includes Tom Pelphrey, who is no stranger to popular TV dramas, alongside the 13 Going on 30 actor.

Who does Tom Pelphrey play in Task?

In Task, Tom Pelphrey takes on the role of Robbie Prendergast, a rubbish collector striving to support his two children and niece after his wife abandoned them.

However, unbeknownst to his family, Robbie leads a double life, heading up a violent gang that carries out home invasions.

Who does Tom Pelphrey play in Ozark?

Fans of Ozark will recognise Tom Pelphrey for his role as Ben Davis in the Netflix drug drama.

He played the character of Wendy Byrde’s (Laura Linney) brother, who suffered from severe bipolar disorder, a condition that worsened when he moved in with her family and stopped taking his medication.

His character met a tragic end when he discovered the Byrde’s involvement with the cartel, and she revealed his location, leading to his execution by Nelson (Nelson Bonilla).

What else has Tom Pelphrey starred in?

Pelphrey’s first significant role was in the soap opera Guiding Light, where he portrayed Jonathan Randall for six years starting in 2003.

He subsequently joined the cast of As The World Turns, portraying Mick Dante for twelve months before securing minor roles in programmes including The Good Wife, Blue Bloods and The Following.

His following two major projects saw him take on the role of Kurt Bunker in the action drama Banshee, followed by Ward Beachum in Iron Fist.

Following his appearance in Ozark, Pelphrey went on to star in Love and Death, A Man in Full and Outer Range.

Who is Tom Pelphrey’s partner?

The 43-year-old is engaged to Big Bang Theory actress Kaley Cuoco after being introduced by their mutual representative.

Speaking to Extra, she revealed it was “absolutely love at first sight” when they first encountered each other on the Ozark set.

The couple welcomed daughter Matilda in March 2023 and revealed their engagement twelve months later.

Pelphrey has expressed interest in collaborating professionally if the “right thing” came along.

Speaking to People, he said: “Kaley tends to live more comedically, whereas, you know, often people don’t let me within 10 feet of a comedy.

“I have so much respect for her and admiration, but I know enough – I know myself well enough – to know I could never work like she does. “Likewise, sometimes she sees me work intensely and she’s like, ‘What are you doing?!’
